General information about baggage policy

If you purchased baggage (trolley or suitcase) during or after booking‚ the details will appear on your flight ticket.

It is recommended that you review our baggage policy before your flight‚ in order to avoid excess charges and/or delays at the airport due to arrival in weight and/or dimensions greater than those indicated on your flight ticket.

Adding a seat and baggage to an existing booking

You can add baggage or select a paid seat on a flight for an existing booking‚ easily and quickly:

• If your booking number starts with the number "3" - you can enter your personal area and view your booking details. To enter your personal area‚ you will need your booking number (an 8-digit number starting with 305) as well as the last name of one of the passengers in the booking.

If you made your reservation directly on our website‚ you can easily access your personal area by clicking on the link on your flight ticket

• If your reservation number starts with the number "5" - you can log in to the passenger service website and view your reservation details.

• If you have a different reservation number - please contact your travel agent.

If when adding your baggage/seat you encounter the message "invalid passport number"‚ try entering the number 0 (000000000) or numbers from 1 to 9 (123456789) 9 times.

Adding baggage and a seat for flights with the code U8

If your flight number starts with the code U8 (Tus Airways) - you can purchase baggage as detailed above.

A seat can be purchased 7 days before the flight‚ by logging in to the Tus Airways website with a reservation number starting with the number "5". The reservation number will appear in an SMS message that you will receive a few days before the flight.

Questions and Answers Regarding Baggage and Seat Purchase in the Personal Area/Passenger Service Website

Question: I am unable to log in to the website with my booking number. What should I do?

Answer: To log in to the Passenger Service Website‚ you must enter a booking number that begins with "305" or "5"‚ along with the phone number that appears on the booking.

If your booking does not meet these conditions‚ or the phone number listed on the booking belongs to someone else - it is recommended to contact the travel agent through whom the booking was made.

Did you receive an SMS to check in? You can log in via the link in the message - without entering a booking number or confirmation code.

Please note - you cannot log in with a non-Israeli phone number.

Question: Is it possible to add a suitcase or select a seat after checking in on the website?

Answer: No. Changes such as selecting a seat or adding a suitcase after check-in - are only made at the airport check-in counters.
