We are here to ensure your journey is comfortable‚ smooth‚ and safe.

  • If your condition requires special attention‚ please contact us as soon as possible or notify our crew during boarding. We will make every effort to assist you.
  • For safety reasons‚ Bluebird Airways reserves the right to decline boarding to passengers with certain health conditions.

Disabilities & Special Needs

Do you have special requests regarding mobility or other needs (e.g.‚ wheelchair assistance‚ traveling with a service dog)? All airports are equipped with facilities such as wheelchairs and aircraft lifts to assist you.

  • Please contact us immediately after booking your tickets so we can arrange the necessary support.

If you are traveling with a POC‚ please fill out our Dedicated Form and submit it to bookings@BlueBirdair.com or via WhatsApp (055-9686621) at least 7 days before departure‚ along with the following documents:

Important Battery & Safety Rules

  • The POC must operate solely on non-spillable or lithium batteries (not exceeding 100Wh). Click here for info on batteries allowed on flights
  • No In-flight Charging: Connection to the aircraft’s electrical system and/or using an electric charger are not permitted.
  • You must ensure your batteries can last for 150% of the maximum flight duration to account for unexpected delays.
  • You may bring up to 2 spare batteries per POC. Each battery must be individually protected in a sleeve‚ stored under the seat in front of you‚ and its temperature monitored during the flight.
  • If the passenger is unable to operate the POC independently‚ they must be accompanied by an adult who can do so.

Passengers may carry items such as syringes‚ Epi-Pens‚ and hypodermic needles for personal medical use only during the flight.
Needles must have safety guards installed‚ and you must carry the medication with its original label and/or a valid medical certificate.
