No. You can check in at the airport counters for free.
I can’t log in with my booking number. What should I do?
To log in to the self-service website‚ you need to enter a booking number starting with “305” or “5” and enter the phone number from the booking.
Still doesn’t work - contact your travel agent. You can also use the link in the SMS to access the check-in directly.I
Note: Non-Israeli phone numbers are not supported.
I received an error when entering the date of birth. What should I do?
The system checks that the date of birth matches the passenger type selected in the booking (Adult‚ Child‚ Infant).
For example‚ if the passenger type is “Adult” but the age is 11‚ an error will appear‚ and you won’t be able to continue.
In such cases‚ check-in must be completed at the airport counters- this service is free of charge.

I can’t change the nationality from “Israel” to another passport. Is this a bug?
This is not a bug. Currently‚ only passengers with an Israeli passport can check in online.
Passengers with foreign passports must check in at the airport counters.
I entered incorrect passport details. What should I do?
If boarding passes have already been issued with incorrect passport details‚ you must go to the check-in counters at the airport.
Boarding will not be allowed with incorrect details.
Can I make changes after completing online check-in?
No. Changes such as seat selection or adding baggage can only be made at the check-in counters at the airport after check-in has been completed online.
I received a document without a QR code. Is this a bug?
This is not a bug. Sometimes‚ the boarding pass does not include a QR code.
In such cases‚ please go to the check-in counters at the airport.
Can I re-issue my boarding passes?
Yes! Just return to the website and select the “Resend boarding passes” option.
I checked in online‚ but my flight has changed. Is my check-in still valid?
If only the flight time has changed‚ you don’t need to reissue your boarding passes.
If any other detail has changed (e.g.‚ destination‚ flight number‚ etc.) -you must check in again at the airport counters.
