Where do baggage and seating details appear?


  • If you added baggage (carry-on or suitcase) during or after the booking‚ the details will appear in the flight ticket you received by email.
  • If you added baggage during check-in‚ the details will appear on your boarding pass or on the purchase confirmation.

We recommend checking the weight and dimensions in advance to avoid extra charges or check-in delays.

General information about seat selection


You can choose your seat in advance (for a fee):

  • During the booking

  • After the booking (up to 5 hours before departure)
  • During check-in (up to 5 hours before departure)

If you didn’t select a seat‚ we will automatically assign one during check-in (before the flight or at the airport).

If your flight number starts with code U8‚ seat selection is available starting 7 days before departure via the Tus Airways website.

Access is done using a booking number starting with 5‚ which will be sent to you by SMS a few days before the flight.

 

Want to add baggage or select a seat after completing your booking?

Even if you already have a ticket‚ you can easily add baggage or choose a seat through our website - without waiting for a service agent.

You can enter the personal area and view your booking details‚ add baggage‚ and select seats.

Access is done using:

  • Booking number (8 digits‚ starts with 305)
  • Last name of one of the passengers

If you booked directly through our website‚ you can access it via the link in your flight ticket.

Please note: If the phone number listed in the booking belongs to a travel agent‚ please contact them directly to make the changes.

In this case‚ changes must be made through the travel agent who issued the booking.

Received a check-in SMS? You can access the system via the link in the message - no booking number or confirmation code required.

Please note: it is not possible to log in with a non-Israeli phone number.

At this stage‚ excess baggage or baggage that exceeds weight or size limits can be added through our customer service agents via WhatsApp (055-9686621).

It is not possible to make changes on the website or through our customer service agents after completing check-in.
