Check in is available at airport only. We suggest arriving at least 3 hours before departure. Currently‚ we do not provide online check in services.


Your Baggage allowance (weight and dimensions) is displayed on your e-ticket.
If you purchased your flight though an agency‚ you can either check for details with your agency or Click here to view your reservation details directly.
In order to view your reservation‚ you must have our reservation number (8 digits starting with the digits 305) and the last name.
Passengers flying with a baby are allowed to bring (at no extra charge) a backpack/diaper bag + a baby stroller only.
Please note - arriving at the airport with dimensions and weights higher than indicated on the ticket will be charged with extra fee. 


Unless you purchased "Refund Your Ticket" service‚ our tickets are non-refundable‚ subject to Customer protection law.
Please note that there will be no refund for baggage and seats‚ once the transaction has been made.
In case your reservation was done via an agency‚ please contact your agent for any refund enquiry.

Requests for changes in your reservation will be charged as follows: 

  • Replacing a passenger - 150EUR per person
  • Name change (Spelling issues) - 75EUR per direction
  • Change flight dates/times - variable based on date and destination.

In case your reservation was done via an agency‚ you can still contact us for those change


Adding ancillaries such as seating and luggage can be easily done Here (you will need our reservation number (8 digits starting with the digits 305) and the last name).

If you encounter any issue during payment process due to "invalid passport number" error‚ try writing 9 times 0 or put numbers from 1 to 9.
